I'm recovering from illness, so I can sympathize. :( I don't know if you're in need of any more audiobooks, but I have some nice ones (Austen, Brontës, Tolkien, Gaiman, etc.) if you find yourself in need of extra. Hope you feel better soon.

Ha, it's funny you mentioned Jane Eyre in particular, as that's definitely the one I listen to most often! I have Juliet Stevenson narrating it, and I find her voice is just perfect for that book. (I'm rather picky about my narrators.) I stockpile audiobooks because it's nice to have something other than music to listen to when I'm working on art for hours. :)

Indeed - and then one must factor in one's own (occasionally irrational) personal taste. :D Who narrates your version, out of curiosity?

Jane Eyre Part 1
Jane Eyre Part 2
Jane Eyre Part 3
Jane Eyre Part 4

Here are the links! Let me know if anything doesn't work. Unfortunately, this is one of the few audiobooks I have that has a few glitches in it. It's a library copy, and so a few of the tracks toward the beginning have some scratches, though the majority is fine. The trouble is, I can't find a version of this audiobook for less than $90, which is more than I can justify paying merely to fix a few glitches. iTunes doesn't have it, and most of the time, when I find a copy online, it's the abridged version. Anyway, 99% of this is ok, but I did want to warn you. Hope you enjoy!

You're very welcome! And that would be wonderful, if you ever do find one. I really like the Susan Ericksen version too, incidentally, though this one's my favorite. :)
