He sings to the black daddysock that hangs over his cage. Or pulls the white mommysock *into* the cage and calls loudly that it has attacked him.

I know, this is weird, but these socks are his favorite toys in all the world. He pays no attention to anything else except these dried-leaf strips he can chew and shred and strew all over the floor.
