Update from the trenches

I am at the library, surrounded by all appropriate materials. There is nothing stopping me from writing my very straightforward ten page source paper on The Golden Ass today. Nothing, that is, except myself.

Of course, myself is a very formidable enemy.

Hmm, my stomach is growling.

I have gotten more unedifying propositions on the street recently than ever before. I blame the fact that I look absurdly happy.
