I think my computer just likes for me to take it downtown to the Apple Store as often as possible, because when I troubleshoot it? Nothing happens. Not even when I get on the phone with tech support as I do it. But when Mike, the cool guy behind the Genius Bar, troubleshoots it? Voilà. That which was dead is now living.
