mayhapI suppose if, as she claims, she wasn't maliciously locking me out of my bedroom last night, she's pretty damn stupid. I'm hedging my bets here and putting money on both. Precisely 42 more days and I'll no longer be living in this room, and that's about all I have to say about that.
I guess I'm going to be Rowena Ravenclaw for Halloween. Rowena Ravenclaw looks quite a bit like Dante's Beatrice, as it turns out. Blue cotton shirt under her white laced bodice instead of the purple silk one which I did not even pack, and no matching white overskirt because I didn't pack that either. I do not think this size four bodice fits me anymore, strictly speaking, but it does tonight. Not bad, I think, considering I owned every stitch previously for non-costume purposes.
Hmm, maybe I'll get my stuffed Hedwig to sit on my shoulder somehow. That'd be cute. And of course, I'll need a wand, which I shall procure from a nearby tree.
