potentialities

Ooh, I have a sweater like that, only it's navy. It's the softest, comfiest, prettiest sweater ever, but it leaves little navy fuzzies and lint bits all over my skin, the rest of my clothes, anything I touch or use or work with while wearing it, and so I can't actually wear it. (Actually, I could care less about getting lint on, say, my cash register at work, but when it covers my hands and neck and makes me look like a slightly off-colour Bigfoot, that's a problem.) I would sell it except that I would feel too bad for the poor sucker who bought it, and plus, it's so pretty. Damn you, chenille!

(p.s. Thank you for Christmas card. We had those lovely stained glass ones at B&N, and I was so tempted to buy them...and now I have one of my own, complete with nice writing. Yay!)
