mayhapDid anyone else read The Ordinary Princess by M.M. Kaye? That was one of the obscure gems of my childhood. I've always loved stories that subvert your expectations, and it was such a sweet, funny send-up of the fairytale princess.
I checked out the library's copy to reread and scan to make icons (see also this one). What I really need to do is dig out the two stories I wrote in the same genre not so long after and post you for them all.
