Hey, sorry for the comment on an old post, but I'm the maintainer of lordpeter.org and just discovered this link. There was a recent-ish post on LordPeter about the electronic edition of the LPWC--they're in the process of formatting it, apparently. So I'd expect something a trifle more affordable to be available within a year or so.
