mayhapI am celebrating by writing a pretentious short play as a final project for my class about Shakespeare and Marlowe, or at least fellows with those names stuck on them, exploring themes related to homoeroticism in Elizabethan theatre. In my universe, this is an appropriate tribute.
On Tuesday, we're having a cake for him, and I'm presenting my project. I'm going to draft a couple of unsuspecting classmates to read aloud it for me. They get to wear garish berets that I bought at the thrift store. Oh, this is going to be fun.
