So, now I regroup and try to get my arse into some classes, I guess. Meanwhile trying to convince Gallatin that they really, really want to waive their 32 credit residence policy so I can go abroad next fall instead of this spring.
I think I can get into June Foley's Writing for Young Readers. Only one person on the waitlist now. She's lovely, too.
Hmm, there's Acting Medieval Art. Only two credits, though.
Um, there's also Ancient Egyptian Mortuary Practices ... if they don't cancel it ...
This is gonna be interesting, eh?
Oddly enough, one of the women in Admissions at St Andrews is coming to New York in April, and she wants to hook up with me for lunch and have me show her around NYU. Kind of the opposite of what I had in mind, but hey, if I get a chance to reverse it again ...

Date: 2003-12-04 10:42 am (UTC)I ended up taking Rhetoric I in the spring with about four other losers like me.  I fully believe that this incident greatly contributed to my early-onset hatred of NYU.  Of course, I still attend NYU, and June Foley is even still my advisor, so maybe I'm just a masochist.
P.S.  Don't tell her I said this.  I still need her to approve my spring schedule. :)
