Lost socks

I am at the library. Beneath the computer next to me, there is a pair of dirty inside-out white socks.

I just ... yeah. Socks.

haha, I can imagine some old guy coming in and saying "did you find a pair of socks? I think I left them in the library."

I would estimate, without having examined them closely for obvious reasons, that they belonged to someone who wore a woman's size six or below.

And yeah. Anyone expecting to get their socks back? Is sadly mistaken.
