I went in to have my hair cut and now my eyebrows are gone.

Actually, they're swoopy and sort of pretty and definitely what I'm supposed to want my eyebrows to look like, I think, but I liked them before. They were pretty! In a kind of manly sort of way! Oh well.

This week's daddy-daughter film experience was Superman Returns, although we ended up seeing it yesterday as opposed to over the actual weekend because during the actual weekend we were doing ... something. I think. I forget.

I thought it was extremely adequate and very, very, very pretty. During the slower moments I distracted myself with lovely crossover crack on the basis of the fact that Brandon Routh's Clark Kent looks strikingly similar to Shirota Yuu's Tezuka what with the way he parts his hair and the glasses and all and you know, it would explain a lot of things! Or maybe I just have a one-track mind.

Frightening, but true! I wish I'd thought of that while I was at the movie. Superman bores me to tears (I'm still not sure why I went) so I could have used some cracky distraction.

Well, obviously, Inui has to be Lex Luthor. (Some people would advance Fuji as a candidate for this position. To these people, I say "La la la I can't hear you.") Inui Juice is kryptonite. This was about as far as I got, because I'm not really into Superman either, aside from Smallville futurefic which is like crack to me for some reason.

Oh, besides Horio is Jimmy Olsen. ;)

I support Inui as Lex. The same thought had occurred to me. Anyhow, Fuji seems much more like Lois.

I would fancy a story called "World's Finest" about Tezuka and Sanada as very boring superheroes. Inui and Yanagi can be their arch-nemeses who are continually frustrated because no matter how daring, colourful, and Heath Robinson their capers are, they can't get a rise out of the Masters of Ennui.
